Justice R.A Ada who is the Chairman panel on November 7, 2019 upheld the election victory of the Senator Rochas Okorocha reprisenting Imo west senatorial district.
The appeal filed by Senator Osita Izunado of All Progressive Congress (APGA) and Hon Jones chidu Onyereri of People Democratic Party(PDP) lacked merit. Chairmen of the panel also said that petition could not prove the allegation of duress as the returning officer (INEC) alleged.
